“Anything I do is based solely around a big fat bassline,” declares local DJ and promoter Brandon Sek (a.k.a. Sek One), the man behind the Curb Crawlers and Subtrac events. Having been DJing for the past 14 years, Sek has loved and played all from Chicago house and Detroit techno to drum ‘n’ bass, UK garage, dubstep and “dark Detroit drum machine electro.” Acid City finds him partnered with similarly adventurous DJ/producer Fistfight, of Nacho Lovers fame.
